Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Booking Policy All services must be booked in advance through our online booking system. A booking is considered confirmed once the appointment has been successfully scheduled and payment has been received, when applicable. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time and be prepared to begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a charge of 100% of the session fee. This policy applies to individual bookings as well as group bookings. For group bookings, the cancellation policy applies to the applicable session or booking cost. No-Show Policy If a client or group does not attend their scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show and 100% of the session fee will be charged. Exceptions Exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of Imperio Real for genuine emergencies or extraordinary circumstances. Waitlist Policy If a service is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist. If an appointment becomes available, individuals on the waitlist will be contacted based on availability. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Agreement By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to these booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.
